Retail dining lines: Purdue adds mobile pickup ordering, with robot delivery next

Purdue Food Co. launched Grubhub mobile ordering for pickup at retail dining locations in Purdue Memorial Union's Atlas Family Marketplace, the first phase of its Grubhub partnership, with more locations to be added. Users can link their Purdue account to pay with Dining Dollars, Retail Dining Membership funds and other accepted methods. Purdue says it is working with Grubhub and Avride to bring back autonomous delivery through the same platform later this fall, after Starship Technologies left earlier this year.

Why it matters for directors: Phase mobile ordering in at one busy hub and make sure meal-plan funds work in the app before you add locations or delivery.
