TikTok's charcuterie dip turns a cheese board into a no-cook, scoopable snack

Food & Wine reports that "charcuterie dip" started trending on social media late last year and has grown increasingly popular throughout 2026. Cheese, cured meat and a fresh element such as olives or pepperoncini are chopped into half-inch pieces, tossed with olive oil and a little balsamic, and served with pita chips or crostini. Roasted red peppers or artichoke hearts suit a vegetarian version.

Why it matters for directors: It is a no-cook item that fits grab-and-go cups or catering and can use deli and salad-bar trim. Try a vegetarian and a meat version in the case for two weeks.
